Originally from the UK, Christian Leadbeater joined Best Buy in 2006 following successful careers with the Police Service and in retail as a regional Loss Prevention manager in the UK, Canada and the US. Looking for a new challenge, he joined Best Buy, initially in the service operations department, finding solutions for customer experience opportunities in the repair process and then creating programs. In 2014, Chris took over Best Buy Business and was able to leverage his knowledge of business, strategy and leadership to grow the business year over year for the last eight years.

Milena Radakovik is the President and owner of Nexus Exhibits Ltd, where she leads through engagement, education, and empowerment. She has over 25 years of professional experience, a passion for supporting women in business. She holds an MBA from H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship and has a B. of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business. She is the Board Chair of WEDO Canada, is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and sits on their Global Subcommittee. Currently she is the Ambassador of both WEDO and the Women in Leadership Foundation (WIL), dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles and women entrepreneurs. She was awarded "Presidents Volunteer Champion" Award by the WIL in 2015, a winner of University of Calgary’s WRC Distinction Alumna award, the 2018 "Business Leader in Calgary Award, and in 2020, she was honoured with the Calgary Influential Women in Business Award, for her professional accomplishments, influence and business community involvement.

Ben and Michele Joly; founders of JOLCAR Security Services Inc., Halifax’s premier security guard service. They both come from a background in law enforcement each having over twenty years of industry experience.
Ben and Michele met in college while attending a law enforcement program. During that time Michele was working in loss prevention.
Ben was a volunteer cadet with a small-town police service. Ben's career in security started right out of college. Ben worked as a school response officer in Toronto before getting into security management and then as a Director for a National Security Service based out of Nova Scotia. In 2017 JOLCAR Security was formed. JOLCAR Security guards present a unique high-profile appearance while maintaining a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service. Quickly being recognized for the level of service and rapid growth. With hands-on management style and operational oversight. Most days, you will see the management team in uniform, working alongside frontline staff in the field. If farmers produce green ammonia on their own farms -- then they are in control and they are using a carbon-free ammonia production system. Today most use grey ammonia and it is a serious polluter because of the way it is produced with fossil fuels and because it has to be shipped thousands of miles to get to most farms.
