Frank Lonardelli is a "serial entrepreneur" who has been investing and developing Real Estate since he was 25 years old and built and sold two of his former companies to public entities by age 35.
Since launching ASI as his full-time focus in 2012, the company has amassed over $1 billion dollars in commercial real estate development assets and has attracted dozens of articles written about its successful strategy and projects from both regional and nationally recognized business and industry publications.
ASI owns some of the most high-profile development sites on and around Calgary’s 17th avenue corridor. ASI’s focus is the development of "Live, Work and Play" projects within these urban areas.
Committed to innovation, strategic thinking, transparency, accountability and performance, ASI has become a respected and sought-after real estate company. Winning multiple awards including the PCMA Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year, Frank has also been recognized as one of Alberta’s 2016 Business Leaders of the Year and was recently named as an EY 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.
ASI creates projects which generate significantly higher returns than traditional Real Estate investment options. The company exclusively raises private equity from their growing list of accredited investors, family offices and institutional investment houses.
Frank’s proudest achievement to date is the launch of the Arlington Street Foundation Scholarship Program in 2009. He intends to expand the program nationally within the next 5 years.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a major in Political Sciences and has completed the Executive Master’s Program through the Sloan School of Management.

For four years, Konrad Wasiela played in the CFL, playing cornerback for the B.C. Lions, Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Alouettes. From there he worked as an adviser for a localization service, called APlus Translations, translating video games for major game studios, including EA Sports, into more than 40 languages. When he was in Poland he went to the Intel Extreme Masters professional gaming competition and was amazed it was a serious sporting event. He was back where he felt comfortable. The result is ESE Entertainment, a media and technology company focused on providing anything a game studio would need to promote, enhance and sell its games to the world. Since 2019, the company has grown from Wasiela’s core group of friends to 150 employees worldwide.

Through his deep understanding of tech strategy, marketing, enterprise sales, and business development, Jason has grown the Kidoz team by 300 percent since 2018, expanded the business from 10 to over 60 different countries, and brought more than 3,000 apps into the Kidoz ad network. Since becoming CEO in 2019, Jason has built a unique global culture, managing staff in 11 different countries across 14 time zones.
Growing up in Vancouver, Jason’s passion for technology began in the early days of the Pacific Northwest startup scene. Through his many years of dedication, he’s built Kidoz into its successful business today, working with leading companies like Lego, Mattel, and Disney that insist on absolute data privacy when advertising to minors. Jason helped shape the Kidoz strategy ensuring the Company is a critical part of the global AdTech marketplace.
In addition to his role as CEO, Jason lends his expertise as a guest lecturer at Cass Business School and University College London.
